Information you provide when you order or receive our abstract and title services is handled as part of those services.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. You may also choose to give us your company name and phone number. If you send us an order form or email us, we receive whatever information you include.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the date and time. We also use the services described below, which collect similar information.

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our staff by email. The website itself does not keep a database of contact form submissions.
Services we use
Google reCAPTCHA. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to tell people apart from automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit our website and which pages they view. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, browser, device, and the pages you visit. We use this information only in aggregate. Email delivery. We use Mailgun to deliver contact form messages to our staff. Mailgun processes the message on our behalf only to deliver it.
Cookies
Our contact page sets one cookie, which keeps the form secure while you fill it out and expires when you close your browser. Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA also set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. If you do, the contact form may not work, and you can call or email us instead.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- with the service providers described above, so they can perform services for us;
- with parties to a real estate transaction, such as lenders, attorneys, and closing agents, when needed to complete work you have ordered; and
- when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
How long we keep information
We keep contact messages and order information for as long as we need them to respond to you, complete your order, and meet our business, legal, and record-keeping obligations.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypting all traffic to this website. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the contact form.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Our website links to other websites, such as industry associations and Google. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
